This book is about three friends. One friend saw a dead body in the abandonned house, he supposed the killer was a cowboy, because this cowboy and dead person were enemies.
The three friends were very frightened, but really the killer was a ghost of one gangster, and the ghost lived in the abandonned house.
The three friends didn't know about the ghost and one mignight the friends went to the abandonned house and the ghost attacked the friends.
